Amazing as always! I come regularly for sports massages with Meesha and couldn’t recommend her more, today was especially amazing as I have been suffering with pain in my right shoulder, I feel so much better already and a bonus this massage got rid of a 3 day long migraine I had been suffering with, always a 10/10 service here 💖

This was my first curly hair cut, and what an experience! Meg is a fountain of knowledge about all things curls, and caring for your curls. She made me feel relaxed from the start of the appointment. I booked an Indian head massage as an add-on to my cut and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Meg for anyone on their curly hair journey. I’ve already booked in again 🤗

My first lymphatic drainage massage. Michelle made me feel so relaxed and explained everything as she went. She is so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. The results were amazing on my stomach after the treatment. I just need to follow her advice and drink plenty of water.

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.

Absolutely loved my first full body massage and facial with the lovely Jade, I felt so relaxed after my treatments. The clinic was so clean and beautifully decorated, loved the saging of the space before I arrived and the calming energy this place holds. Amazing as always! I’ve been coming to Meesha for regular sports massages and can’t recommend highly enough. She took time to do a thorough assessment and understand my difficulties and needs, considering my pole and aerial training and hypermobility, and has given me targeted exercises to help with my training goals alongside massage. Meesha is also really thoughtful and sensitive, and having massages with Meesha as part of my regular self-care has helped not only with my pole and aerial goals but also managing stress and looking after my mental health - very grateful thank you!
