I had such a relaxing head massage with Helen on what was a difficult day for me. Her energy and kindness put me completely at ease from the start, her care and attention was genuine and her technique was amazing — all the stress and tension just melted away. Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Rokas is fantastic! I had a sports massage with him, and he sorted out my shoulder pain in just one session. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the source of the problem.
