Nicole is always chatty and friendly. I had a aromatherapy massage and felt relaxed during it and the shoulder I had some stiffness in felt great afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I felt very welcomed by Ashley at reception. Fabulous massage from Alyson who never disappoints. Especially pleasant in that she offers wellbeing advice in a comfortable environment. She is very hands-on in treating me in a caring manner, ensuring that I left the spa refreshed.

Had a great day with my wife at the Gailes Spa. Only thing I would suggest is, that in the quiet room after a massage or a therapy that there are no phones switched on and maybe if possible people chatting less. But all in all a fantastic experience.

I attended the spa for a neck, back and shoulder massage. The girl doing the treatment was absolutely lovely, she made me feel super relaxed and is fantastic at her job. I feel very relaxed after this and will most definitely return.

From the first moment we walked in it was just a fantastic experience, I went with my daughter in law and the thermal suite was excellent and the therapist doing my massage was amazing, she understood where my pain was and helped me so much, well done will be back

I've had several appointments with Nicole to ease tension across my back and shoulders. I am definitely starting to feel the benefit of the massages. Nicole is lovely and puts you at your ease. Very enjoyable and effective treatments. I would definitely recommend Alexander Aromatics.
