The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Pat is the best! I’ve been looking for a good massage spot since I’ve moved to Ipswich, and Pat is the best one by far. She provides a very welcoming experience and she really listens to her customers. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was absolutely amazing. I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and completely relaxed. The treatment was gentle yet really effective, and the whole experience felt calming and professional from start to finish. I noticed an immediate difference in how refreshed and energised I felt afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone looking to reduce tension, improve circulation, and give themselves a proper self-care treat!

I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

5 Stars! I had an amazing experience at BdonebyB Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming vibe. I had a full pamper session—nails, facial, massage, and waxing—and every service was done with such care and professionalism. My nails are flawless, my skin is glowing, and I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. B is incredibly talented, friendly, and really knows how to make you feel special. I highly recommend this place—definitely my new go-to for beauty treatments!

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. I had a deep rest and relaxation massage with Phoebe at the weekend. I left feeling relaxed and a lot lighter! Phoebe carefully listened to my needs and adjusted the session accordingly. She was knowledgable and very welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax. I hope to come back soon!

Amazing massage, she definitely knows what she is doing. She was so lovely and friendly. She listened to my issue, and she focused on exactly what I wanted. The massage never felt like she was following a routine, like most do. It’s was an excellent tailored approach. I came in there so stiff, moving like a robot. I walked out very loose and able to move. The pressure was so good. I felt so relaxed and she kept making sure I wasn’t in pain. She has a regular customer now :). I highly recommend. Thank you.
