Karina’s skilful treatment has helped to deal with hip pain, and simple exercises that she has suggested are helping to prevent a return of the discomfort.. Hers is the most effective treatment I’ve experienced over many years of dealing with aches and pains.

I’ve had quite a stressful time of late, work and home life, this stress has shown up in problems with my body, pain, inflammation etc. Karina’s expertise and skill helped ease my pain, reduce inflammation and get me back on track to feeling better, stronger mentally and physically. As always, such an amazing experience. Karina is a genuinely talented and professional therapist who works her magic every time. I am always so relaxed and calm and feel so looked after and cared for. In addition to this, aches and pains are eased and tension and stress are gone. I would absolutely recommend Karina. I've had a lot of massages over the years but Karina's clinical massage therapy is the best by miles.

This week I had the pleasure of receiving a full body massage from Karina, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was serene and calming, soft music and a pleasant aroma. Karina was highly professional, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences before starting, she has a remarkable ability to find and relieve tension spots whilst being gentle but effective. One hour later, I felt calm, relaxed and a lot looser/more rejuvenated then before. Thank you.

I love coming to Karina. I have several LTCs incl. hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome and experience pain and fatigue daily. Karina has a unique technique that I have not found in anyone else. She gets right in there, like finding a needle in a haystack. In particular ive had an elastic band snapping sensation / pain in my upper back / shoulder area causing much discomfort. Karina has focused on this area and its moved from consistently there most of the day to fleeting every now and then, and down in intensity. Karina has such a warm and calming presence and really helps me relax. Thank you ♥
