One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few Thai massages. What sets Urai apart is her ability to read your body, knowing exactly when to apply deeper pressure and when a gentler touch is needed. I arrived feeling quite unwell, with significant tension in my neck and back that was even making me feel sick. By the time I left, I felt far more relaxed and noticed an immediate improvement. Urai also understood that a very deep massage wouldn’t have helped in my case and could have made things worse rather than better.

Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Such a lovely and relaxing experience. Sandra is very warm and welcoming, I loved the foot soak and tea before the head massage. The techniques used were so soothing and calming. I would definitely recommend it!

What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. It really wasn't just words though, the feeling of warmth that Alaine offers is more than I have ever experienced in the massages I have had across the globe. What she offers is truly special and I can't wait to return! ✨️

I’ve had the most relaxing holistic head spa experience in the most beautiful surroundings. Sandra made me feel more relaxed than I have in years. Only my second laser treatment but can see a difference in the hair growth. Not painful and as an older lady don’t feel embarrassed. I have full body done. It’s a beautiful salon in Harrogate and 100% recommend the treatment. Emily is also very knowledgeable about aches and pains and advises the best treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at the head spa, the attention to detail was amazing, the location is fabulous, on arrival i was offered herbal tea, whilst having a foot soak with rose petals to totally relax me before the treatment started. The headspa was wonderful, so relaxing i totally drifted off, my hair & scalp felt amazing after, having suffered with a dry/flaky scalp for the last few months I feel its cured! The therapist Sandra was fab ,so welcoming & great at what she does, she has magical hands☺️, would highly recommend x

Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. Every session feels like so much more than just a treatment it’s a deeply relaxing, restorative experience that I genuinely look forward to. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I really treasure our time together and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does.
