Where do I begin, ease of booking and finding the venue spot on. Katie was just the warmest of characters I have ever met. So much knowledge and explained the process every step of the way. We could have chatted for hour I’m sure but I was in receipt of “Ritual” treatment so wanted to enjoy the experience. The body and facial massage absolutely devine. All products used were explained. The pressure point facial made me relax even more. I must say she Katie hit the spot in relaxation (normal I find it hard to totally relax) but that I did!! Me and the couch became one. Thank you 🥰

I had the Derma force microneedle treatment with Louise. She was really lovely and chatted to me to make sure I was ok explaing everything clearly. After the treatment while I had a moiturising facemask on, louise gave me a lovely head massage. A very pleasant hour. .highly recommended..

I have had some filler in my cheeks and I am beyond delighted with my treatment I have lost a lot of weight from my face and looked really drawn and haggard Sophie has waved a magic wand and I now no longer have dark sunken cheeks ! The result is so natural and it has really given me such a boost of confidence ! Thank you Sophie!
