Suzanne is fantastic! I'd never have my nails done anywhere else and never feel anything other than completely relaxed and at ease when having a massage. She has adapted to the Covid-19 measures and I feel perfectly safe resuming treatments.

Amazing hot stone massage! I visited Suzanne today for help with back, shoulder and neck pain, and I’m so pleased I did. She really listens to where you are struggling and tailors the massage to target the tension. I’ve come away feeling much looser, with a noticeable reduction in pain and stiffness. Professional, knowledgeable and very effective — I would highly recommend and will of course definitely be back

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. I’ve been twice now for a VMould wax and both times have been amazing! Not a single hair left! Gemma makes sure you are happy with results before leaving too. Gemma makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable!

Experienced the new Sea Magik Hot Salt Rock Stress Relief & Relax massage today and it does exactly what it says in the title. Gemma constantly checks that pressure is fine, that you’re comfortable and totally relaxed. A wonderful experience that I can highly recommend. Thanks Gemma 😊
