10/10 will be recommending. A friendly and professional massage and consultation, I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and focus was targeted on specifically analysed areas. Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Another great sports massage with Lauren. Local and professional. Best way to describe is my regular factory reset. Targeted aches in back are dealt with every time and I am good to go again. Regular massage is recommended as helps long term. Didn't think it would help me but does every time

I can't recommend Lauren enough. I went in with a few ongoing aches and tight spots from training, and she instantly made me feel comfortable and listened to. She really knows her stuff—not just going through the motions, but actually explaining what’s going on and working through it with real care. The massage itself was exactly what I needed: firm where it needed to be, but never painful or rushed. I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and just better. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does and really wants to help people move and feel their best.

Louise is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve seen a variety of massage therapists and body workers over the years, yet no one is near as effective and therapeutic as her. I felt completely renewed and my body was transformed after my treatment. Louise also provided gentle and supportive ways to care for my body after treatment. I highly recommend her and wish I could keep her here in the USA! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
