Both myself and my 15 year old daughter have massages with Cheryl. She is the best we’ve ever had. Great pressure, brilliant flow and works really hard to ease up on any tension. My daughter has not long got back from her massage and said Cheryl is just amazing and her neck and and back are feeling a lot looser already. Lauren’s nourishing back treatment was amazing. Different from regular massage it is so relaxing, she worked on my sore muscles and the treatment has made my back feel softer, looser and relaxed. Have already rebooked my next treatment thanks xx

I had a deep tissue back massage due to bad posture, and it made a huge difference. Gemma applied the right amount of pressure throughout. My back felt noticeably looser, and the tension was significantly reduced. I left feeling more mobile, relaxed, and aligned. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with posture-related tension.

Cheryl was incredibly welcoming, professional and talented with her work. The environment was relaxing and calm. Her massage was amazing and her ability to find flaws in your muscles and joints you never realized had become so apparent was amazing. Cheryl was good at explaining each step, offering advice for home self care to, easy to chat to about day to day life and overall just really great to get on with making the whole experience as relaxing as possible while releasing a lot of tension throughout my body. Will definitely be returning to keep working on getting my muscles to fully relax

Collette is amazing n does the most wonderful massages. It’s like she is attuned to my body n knows the kind of healing it needs. Her hands just flow. Well. I must say, how much I enjoyed my experience. From start to finish I felt very welcomed and relaxed. My massage was unbelievable really! Best I've had and I've had a lot. Cheryl talked me through her steps and asked me what I want. This you never really get when you go for massages as they are like robots. They never get to the root of why you need a massage. After having a car crash last year, I've had many physio sessions and tissue massages, but this one was special! Don't know how she worked her magic but afterwards I could turn my head both sides which I've been unable to do. I

Gemma is very professional and friendly. Puts you at ease. Treatment room has a relaxing vibe and warm. Massage really helps get rid of tightness and pain in problem areas. Thoroughly recommend!
