An amazing couples aromatherapy massage by Chloe and Andrea. Such a relaxing massage at the same time as easing those tense muscles. Both of us left feeling utterly relaxed. I then stayed for a beautiful facial and my skin now feels radiant.

I often feel after a massage 'relaxing but wish it got into more knots' or 'was deep but harsh now I feel tenser, wish it was more relaxing'. Well Rich knows what he's doing. A lot of knotted muscles released and I feel much less tense allover. Much more relaxed. The practice area is clean and bright. Also great value treatment! In had sports massage, some hot stones incorporated too.

Was desperate for a massage having recently started a new job that is giving me backache. The shoulder, neck, back and leg massage did not disappoint! Lovely, dimly lit, warmb & relaxing treatment room. Warm towels applied to legs, this was hands down the most relaxing massage I've had! I fell asleep! & Felt quite comfortable doing so. Thank you Becky I will definitely be coming back 😊

A very relaxing massage with Kelly today - my first Swedish Massage and I found it s perfect mix of relaxing and feeling like my tight muscles had been worked on. A lovely set up in the treatment room and really good communication from Kelly both in the booking stage of the appointment and during the treatment itself. Couldn't recommend more!!

Rich sport massage eased out severe tightness in my glutes, which was affecting my lower back too. He worked deep into the tissues, eactly what was needed. Highly recomend .

Kelly is a beautiful woman who welcomed me into her cosy garden studio with such warmth. Head In The Clouds is an very appropriately named treatment, it was pure bliss and I floated away! Although I've had facials, I've never had facial massage and it was superb. I requested firm massage which Kelly provided yet with a gentleness. I also had reflexology for the first time which was also a delightful experience, so relaxing and soothing. Two divine treatments, I've booked a facial and can't wait to go back to Kelly. She's clearly doing a job that she loves and cares deeply about her clients.

Rich provides a great sports massage therapy service. From the start, he was incredibly attentive, thoroughly listening to the details of my current condition. I really appreciated that he didn't just give a standard treatment but customized the massage to address what I was dealing with right now. I felt significant relief afterward. Was a bit nervous, this being my first ever sports massage and me being a non sporty middle aged guy. Was put totally at ease, relaxed and everything explained in a nice calm environment. Absolutely pleasantly surprised at the difference already and amazed at the great movement manipulation techniques used in such an effective way.

By far the most magical massage I have ever had! I felt like I was floating!! From the moment I walked in it was all very calm and cosy, and as soon as the massage began it was a totally unique and wonderful experience. I have honestly never had a massage quite like it (in the best possible way!) it was firm and got it into all the right places, but so so relaxing and I’ve been pain free ever since, which was the main aim. I had an excellent sports massage today and already feel so much better! It was a very relaxing environment, even if the massage itself found afew knotty muscles here and there! I would thoroughly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage to anyone.

I had a 60 minute Swedish massage with Kelly - absolutely fantastic as she really got into the tight muscles and yet it was so relaxing that I almost drifted off to sleep a couple of times. Kelly is excellent and I would definitely recommend her.
