Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. Absolutely love having nails done with Rachael ; she’s the best!! I’ve been going to her salon for over 3 years now and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Always a relaxed atmosphere and she’s so easy to make conversation with. When it comes to doing nails Rachael is a perfectionist and pays such attention to detail. Would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.

This was my first ever massage. At 37 weeks pregnant I was feeling nervous about this new experience but Ann was kind and considerate and kept checking in with me throughout the whole treatment to check I was comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and calm after nearly falling asleep! My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner in my pregnancy so I could get a few more sessions in before baby arrives! Thank you Ann for a wonderful, relaxing hour ❤️

Victoria was lovely and explained everything really clearly. I had an acne facial and added on a face massage which I found thoroughly relaxing! The products smelt incredible and left my skin feeling fresh and revived.

Brilliant, Victoria made me feel very comfortable and she was v professional. Place was lovely and clean. The massage was amazing and I loved it. Pressure , oils everything was well thought out. Will try other treatments next time.

I cannot recommend enough. I came in with lower back pain to which can only be explained as ‘my back gave way’, the pain was chronic and wouldn’t go away. After one treatment the pain had gone and I followed up with another appointment a few days later where I had a deep tissue massage and a check up on my lower back. I have more energy and feel better within myself but most of all, no pain. Forever grateful and would highly recommend.
