Beste massages bij mij in de buurt in Newhaven, Brighton

I've started going to Tom for some therapy on a hip injury I had last summer which made me nervous I'd never be able to run again (I've been an avid runner for 45+ years now). Once it was healed through the amazing PT Tom did for it, I continued with sessions. I've been feeling so great ever since I started with the PT, and just last weekend I ran the Brighton Half Marathon in my fastest half marathon time in over 10 years! I'm so relieved and pleased with the therapy & strength exercises given to me to keep my 55 year old body injury free. 😉😂 . Thanks Positive Touch!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My mum and I treated ourselves to a deluxe manicure and pedicure ahead of my wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Charlotte and Carmen were both amazing! so warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They made us feel completely relaxed and took such care with every detail. Our nails look beautiful! We’ve visited a few salons over the years, and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had. The service, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere were second to none. Thank you both for helping us feel so special❤️

Always a wonderful greeting upon arrival that immediately makes you feel at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the relaxation room is lovely. As for the treatment I had a top to toe massage which includes a facial which is just divine. My therapist Hayley gave an amazing massage/facial which includes really didn’t want to end. I cannot recommend enough.

Dani was wonderful today, very patient whilst trying to work out what oils I needed. The massage was great - I can't describe how much better I feel after. Would highly recommend the ultimate aromatherapy for a complete whole body experience. My neck is now psinfree and my legs don't feel uncomfortable. Wonderful start to my long weekend away

Maria has been so lovely and caring with my bitten nails the past few months. I have been going to Polished for years now and will continue to. I have had my nails done by most of the team and they are all amazing. Thank you so much xx

I have pain in my knee when walking downhill, this was my third visit in preparation for a 26 mile walk. Tom was professional and thorough and gave some really useful advice. He checked on my exercise & training progress, current pain levels, and massaged the tissue surrounding the knee, as well as stretching the joints. The pain is definitely decreasing every time I walk now, thanks to Tom
