I had a sports massage and cupping on my back and shoulders as I had a lot of tension and pain. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no extra charge for the cupping. I found Damaine to be professional and very knowledgeable I left feeling so relaxed and less tense. And have booked another appointment. Would definitely recommend.

The sports massage I had was really good. Since I train regularly at the gym, I could really feel the difference after, my muscles felt much looser and less tense. It was a proper sports massage with good pressure, working deeper into the muscles, which is exactly what I need. It definitely helped with the tightness from my workouts. The only thing is I didn’t book enough time, so it wasn’t enough to cover all the areas that needed it. I’ll definitely be going back, but next time I’ll book a longer session. I’d recommend it to anyone who goes to the gym and needs a proper recovery massage.

I had a sports massage, stretch and cupping therapy session with Benji. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing.I had been struggling with back pain and having physio for around 8 weeks, and honestly didn’t expect such immediate results, but after just one session, I felt pain-free for the first time in weeks, I feel like a new person. The combination of techniques he used was spot on, and he took the time to understand exactly what I needed.I can’t recommend Benji highly enough.
