My marma massage treatment which also included application of very nourishing herbal medicated oil was first rate. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend Liv Ayurveda to anyone wanting to experience authentic Ayurvedic treatments.

Fantastic! Therapist Anu did great massage to my knees joints. Location and facilities are amazing, neat and clean, hygiene. Room has heater, water and comfortable massage table. Prices are reasonable for this ancient Ayurveda treatment. Great people and good service. Well done!!!

The massage was excellent and I feel wonderful. However lying face down on the bed was a bit of strain on my neck. Would prefer bed with a hole to put the face down.

Booked in today for a 50mins Japanese Head Massage Treatment. Wow warm eye mask, I did not expect the varied massage touch sensations. Light a feather then therapist using hands then med touch a head tool with little balls then the best of all an amazing release of all the knots in my tragedies muscles. Mini facial hair wash followed by a gorgeous hair wash and massage of my scalp. Blow dried my hair feels soft and now I feel completely de-stressed didn’t want it to end. Suriya will get to know you and your unique situation, he will then taylor each treatment that little bit different to ensure the best possible outcomes, he is a very passionate practioner! Highly recommended, much more then just a relaxing massage.

I will definitely be returning to experience all that they offer at Ayur.. the rooms are very relaxing and comfortable.. would definitely recommend x
