Emily is one of the best massage therapists I’ve experienced. She has a calm, gentle touch and is highly intuitive and knowledgeable. I’ve seen her for a relaxation massage, where she calmed my nervous system enough for me to fall into a deep state of relaxation. I’ve also seen her for remedial massage to address specific muscle tension and pain, which she treated in her skilled, calm, and gentle way—just the way I like.

The massage was amazing, however the rooms need more soundproofing, extremely hard to zone out and relax when there are other guests talking loudly. Allison (masseur) tried to help block out the noise by moving the speaker with relaxing music to the wall where the noise was coming from, but still was not what I needed at the time. And apology was also give at the counter. All the staff tried their best, but sometimes it hard to get other guests to keep quiet, unfortunately.

Ellie is very professional, and did a fantastic job! The massage was the perfect pressure and so relaxing.
