This was my first visit. My appointment was at 4:00 PM and I arrived at 4:10. A total of around 25 minutes was deducted for arrival, changing, and settling in, so I received about a 30-minute massage despite paying for one hour. I believe preparation time should be considered part of the session, and some flexibility for traffic would improve the experience. Overall the experience was good but the deduction of the time made me hard to relax.

The therapist was very professional and attentive to my needs, making sure to ask about pressure preferences and problem areas. The massage itself was excellent – I left feeling completely relaxed and noticeably less tense in my shoulders and neck.

It was a wonderful experience on my special day, my birthday. Honestly, Ms. Aida was incredibly polite and respectful. The massage and facial were amazing—though I forgot the name of the lady who did them—but the peace and relaxation were exceptional. The lounge area was so beautiful and relaxed . Thank you for all the amazing services; everything was truly lovely and outstanding.

the experience is 10/10 as usual but there is a small comment, while doing the massage i heard a noise coming from out of the door its sounded like hairdryer or vacuum it was disturbing i was trying to relax but i was hearing this noise and didnt relax until they stopped, overall everything was perfect its not my first and neither my last time, and i appreciate the little details

Amazing place! The decor and ambiance soo elegant , loved the changing rooms loved that it has top notch every detail, loved that there is a charger in the locker, loved that there is a hair dryer straightener, lovved the massage bed so much not your usual standard, loved the massage itself soo relaxing and didn’t want it to end , loved the lounge chairs and area so comfy, staff were friendly and kind loved the whole experience such elegant high standard amazing place .. looking forward to seeing you in many more locations across 🤍

My best spend in my entire life was the hammam I did at this place. The place is so calm and clean. The therapists are experienced and lovely. Special mention to Ayda who attended me. I had the best experience. If you want hammam plus massage, definitely go for Ayda. She has got magical hands. Definitely coming back here.

I don’t advice booking last appointment unless you don’t have other options… I didn’t get to enjoy my after massage self tea zone as they had to close and they gave me the tea for take away. However, the lid was not closing properly (poor quality) i almost burned my self with the tea in the car while driving… massage was good otherwise.
