Quick and relaxing! The salon itself is extremely laid-back and very non-pretentious, the girls are very friendly and eager to help out in anyway. If you’re looking for a good haircut in a friendly atmosphere and extremely reasonably priced, this is the place. I highly recommend it. Oh, and the salon is super cute. I just love this place. It’s just comfortable.

I have been to the Salon Knot for a haircut before and I was so pleased, so I know the quality of service that can happen! However, my eyebrow specialist didn't seem to take into account the preference for how I would prefer my brows be waxed. I came away feeling like my brows had been lightly trimmed (something I can do at home). I came to a professional so I could get the shaping I knew I needed, something I am not skilled at doing. I wish she would have asked me what I was envisioning, asked for reference pics, etc etc. Overall, I am not displeased, I am just not thrilled.

Jessica is working with my niece correcting her hair after she put black dye on her blond hair. She has given her great advice on how to get the color out without damaging her hair. Some stylist would simply dye it but Jessica would not because she knew it would dry her hair out and cause breakage getting it back to her natural blonde. It’s been a long process but it will be worth it on the end.

Pricing was more than I had planned & signed up for on the app. I realize full color is more but pricing for that & a blow dry were not discussed or disclosed at the time which would have been helpful & appreciated.
