Today was the best experience I have ever had in a salon everyone is so nice customer service was on point. My Stylus Mrs Lister omg she is amazing! Let me tell you she took the time to get to know my bone structure how your face shape is to make sure that the hairstyle that you want is going to make sense. My daughter booked Appt for my Bday gift as her and my family and friends wanted me to find a new Stylist and My introduction to Adrienne has been beyond AMAZING she and her Team are so Professional and Friendly. She I introduced me to a variety of techniques She's trained in to promote healthy hair . I will definitely make her my new Stylist She's Blessed with her Talent, Skills and Knowledge. Very Professional and Listens to her clients to make sure she's on the same page to achieve your goals and satisfaction.

Update from previous review re: Lash appointment. Shear Diva offered great customer service by rectifying the issue I had with a classic set. I appreciate their willingness to correct the matter and provide a senior lash tech (Tati) who did a great job on my lashes. The salon/spa is also beautiful and I'm happy to support. Customer service is delightful upon walk in and you get a full tour of the facility and services. Its truly a one stop shop for beauty services & I would highly recommend.
