First time at Gossip, and I'm hooked. From IG customer service pre booking to in salon was exceptional. Hands down the best hairstyle, colour and salon experience. My stylist helped me select a colour from pics I showed & nailed it; best colour & cut I've ever had. They are friendly, energectic, talented stylists. They provided bottled water, coffee, and offered to order and collect my lunch for me from the plaza knowing it was going to be a very long day. Oh did I mention the location is the best!

Today was my first visit to this spa and very happy with my haircut. My hairdresser was very mindful and took the time to discuss my preferences on cutting and styling and she executed beautifully! Love my new layered haircut. Will definitely be visiting again.

This was my first appointment. I have natural hair. Paula was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to educate. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was a quiet one. No long waiting times. I am weary of “hairdressers” but I’ll be going back. Great experience.
