I had the absolute best experience at Hair Factory in Prosperous! I booked in for a curly haircut with Damien, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He really took the time to understand my hair, asked about how I usually style it, and gave me great advice on how to keep my curls looking their best. The whole experience was so relaxing—the salon has such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and everyone there was lovely. You can tell they really care about their clients.

Sabrina is an amazing stylist and I never have to worry about my colour she knows exactly what is right...with 100% grey roots to have a perfect colour match is some going. 100% recommend. Great bunch of staff there great atmosphere and 100% professional. Lucky to have Sabrina on my doorstep 🤎

Sabrina always gets my hair absolutely perfect, she never misses a beat. The first time I went to her 5 years ago, I had jet black box dyed hair. She got it all out in one appointment, and now she does my trim & curtain bang (slays every time). She is so thorough in advising me what works with my hair and how to make me feel amazing. The salon itself is such good vibes and the stylists are all super friendly. It’s also extremely reasonably priced! I wouldn’t go anywhere else🩷
