Είμαι παλιός πελάτης των Rooster’s και αυτή ήταν η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα του Γαλατσίου. Ο Βασίλης μου έδωσε ακριβώς το αποτέλεσμα που ήθελα, ενώ παράλληλα μου πρότεινε κάποιες αλλαγές για το μούσι που δεν είχα δοκιμάσει μέχρι σήμερα. Τελικά είχε δίκιο και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ακόμη καλύτερο. Αυτό που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα ήταν ότι μοιράστηκε την εμπειρία και τις συμβουλές του χωρίς καμία πίεση, αφήνοντάς μου πάντα την τελική επιλογή. Μόνο θετικά έχω να πω για τον ίδιο και τη δουλειά του. Επίσης, αξίζει να αναφέρω πως φτιάχνουν πάρα πολύ καλό καφέ. Συνολικά, μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία.
