So happy to have found this hair salon. Steph is really lovely. This was my first visit. She made me feel really comfortable and the salon is so calm. Steph listened to my requests and made sure she fully understood what I wanted. She cuts with a razor and takes time to ensure the cut is even and thinned where needed and styled beautifully. I'm so happy with my haircut and have rebooked.

Emma is a fantastic hairdresser and a fabulous person, I leave the salon absolutely loving my hair, it looks so shiny and healthy ☺️ And she should probably charge for being my personal therapist too! I love every visit 😊

Made to feel welcome as soon as I stepped into the salon.. Liv introduced herself and discussed my hair cut . We chatted throughout with Liv checking about aspects of my hair cut all the time. Pleased with my haircut and have booked a return visit.

The whole salon is very welcoming and Jess was Lovely, she listened to everything and offered good sound advice. And she was warm and easy to talk to I am so pleased with the haircut and styling I have had a consultation for a colour and I am going again in April. Can’t wait to have another haircut by Jess at this salon

It was a fabulous experience with an incredibly talented stylist. Stacey went out of her way to make me feel welcome, she took things slowly, listened to my concerns having been ill and my hair has suffered as a result. Today i had yet another great experience at Bounce. Steph is the only Stylist I've found that really listens to what you want, and also understands your hair. She knows whats possible and what's not, and advises accordingly. I'm so glad i found her!

The best recommendation speak for itself: I am a satisfied returning customer. Emma Victoria is indeed a very talented hairdresser. From colour consultation to cut and blow/dry, I am always leaving the salon feeling a million dollars! Each time Emma V. listens to my concerns and feelings about my complicated hair. She twin those needs with her vast knowledge and “violà” in a couple of hours, my hair is radiant and even better than I imagined.
