Great job - as always! My daughter struggles getting her haircut and can be quite apprehensive due to her autism, however, Emma and the team always make her feel very comfortable and relaxed, super patient and always do a good job!

I had my hair cut on Monday 24th by trainee Lauren,really great job of my hair and such a nice friendly girl.She was so conscientious and really cared about what she was doing.Then i xame and had my colour done by Emma on Thursday.I absolutely love it.Could not be happier.Thank you both.

My daughter finally got to get her hair split dyed, after waiting a long time (until she finished school). Emma was great, she gave us good advice way ahead of the appointment, talked us both through everything, did the relevant tests and then did a cracking job on the day! My daughter was there for a good few hours, they were so lovely with her and made her safe and welcome. Always a pleasure vising E.L.M 😊

I had such a wonderful experience with Emma! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. Emma took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offering helpful suggestions while making sure to understand my preferences. The salon itself had a relaxing atmosphere, and Emma’s attention to detail throughout the process was incredible. She was meticulous and made my hair look absolutely perfect, from the cut to the colour. I could tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Thankyou Emma!

The best in-salon experience I’ve had in years. The whole team were welcoming and friendly. Katie is a great hair stylist, she listened to my ideas, was attentive, professional and gave me tips on how to keep the style looking good for the event I’m attending tonight. I’m really happy with the end result, couldn’t have asked for more!

It was my 9yr old grandaughters 1st experience of a hair salon today. I doubt she'll ever forget it. When she came out she said " I feel so pretty nanna" worth every penny, really pleasant staff and a lovely cup of tea, thankyou E.L.M.

I love this salon! Appointments are always to time. The stylists always listen-and check, exactly what you want from your cut, whereas a lot of stylists at other salons get a bit too scissor happy and tend to do their own thing!

Had my hair done here for the 1st time,will definitely book again for my next appointment.
