Grace is amazing! First time ever visiting this salon and it is now the only place I will go! My hair was an absolute mess when I first walked in! By the time Grace had finished cutting and styling it, it was like a different head of hair! Thank you Grace, you truly are incredible! Can’t wait to come back for my colour! Xx

My first visit to a salon in over 2 years and I was made to feel very welcome. It’s a spacious, modern salon with plenty of room for social distancing and covid-safe procedures were observed. Sam was warm and friendly, and gave me a lovely wash, cut and blow dry. Totally sorted out my lockdown DIY haircut! Booking online is really convenient and availability was good. Although the salon is tucked away off the main street of Truro it was easy to find and car parking is directly opposite. Thanks, I will be returning.

Had highlights done by Tamsin who made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable, she listened to my thoughts and advised me of her recommendations with reasons why. I was so pleased with my hair, the colour, cut and blow dry were exactly what I wanted . I will definitely be returning to the salon, a full 5 star service.

Absolutely awesome. The way the salon has dealt with Covid is amazing Everything cleaned constantly. Beki was brilliant love my nails. Lauren does my hair downstairs at Platinum. Always made to feel warm and welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Grace is a breath of fresh air. She has an incredible insight into how more mature ladies would like a modern haircut without looking like ‘mutton dressed up as lamb.’ My haircut is incredible it’s not easy to cut hair as fine as mine I have had some disasters over the years. My family love it and say I look younger. Thank you Grace you are a lovely lady too.

This is such a friendly, warm salon. Grace cut and styled my hair as I wanted it with some gentle guidance- my hair looks wonderful, thank you. Once again I was in Grace’s safe and caring hands, nurtured by Sam her confidence has grown. I am so lucky to have 2 such talented ladies looking after me every 8 weeks.
