I had my extensions done by Charlotte yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My extensions look absolutely beautiful, blend perfectly, and feel amazing. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. I've had so many compliments already! Cannot fault Saskia. I’ve been going to her for almost 3 years and there is no one else I trust to do my hair. She is patient and so kind and always there for a chat! Couldn’t highly recommend her enough to anyone!!

I have ADHD & severe anxiety, so making & keeping a hair appointment is a huge deal for me, I was quiet during my visit and worried she might think I was being rude, but she made me feel so comfortable without any awkwardness. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music really helped, she was gentle with my hair and her service was absolutely outstanding. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had — she asked questions to see what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. A truly wonderful experience. I have nothing but great things to say about this duo. They are friendly, polite and very professional. Happy is very knowledgable about hair and hair structure and I trust her completely with my hair. The atmosphere is very relaxed and clean and I find myself sleeping on most visits whilst my hair is being looked after. I will recommend this salon all day long. Pay them a visit you will never regret it.

Charlotte is amazing. She salvaged my hair from a nightmare colour a couple of years ago and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I walk out with an understated, yet shiny, vibrant colour and a great cut every time. Does a great cup of tea too.

Absolutely amazing! I’m so pleased with my daughter’s hair — it looks absolutely beautiful. The braids are incredibly neat and detailed, and you can really see the time, care and skill that went into doing them. The finished result is even better than I imagined and my daughter absolutely loves it! Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Friendly, welcoming and professional, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how her hair turned out. We’ve had so many compliments already!
