I haven't had a chance to pamper for a while, today I totally did. Such a warm welcome, a relaxing massage and hair wash followed by a perfect haircut with a stylist that properly listened too me. I needed a confidence boost and I definitely got it here. Thank you so much x

Ashleigh did an absolutely amazing job today for my son's first ever haircut. She was so patient with him and quick but super accurate and precise with the cut. She even gave him a sticker for being so good. Most definitely recommend The Hair Lounge. Both girls were so friendly and welcoming too. Cannot thank them enough for what they did for us today. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you girls so much x

Jordanna was amazing, empathetic towards anxiety and patient in my indecisiveness. She talked me through my options going forward and made me feel completely at ease. Ashleigh did a wonderful job lightening my rather dark hair. She absolutely nailed the challenge of camouflaging my early greys. After years of dark box dye I was nervous to go lighter but trusted the team at The Hair Lounge to help me achieve my vision whilst keeping my hair in as good a condition as possible. I left the salon with a big smile on my face, much lighter hair and a tone which suited my hair. I can’t thank Ashleigh enough (and Phil for his advice too)! Rosie completed the look with some gorgeous curls. Thank you team Hair Lounge!

Best hair salon in Chepstow. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Hair stylists always listens to what your personal preferences are and provide honest, expert advice. I've never felt disappointed after having my hair done. It's always a pleasure to return.

Friendly salon with lovely energy. Thorough consultation where the stylist really listened to what I wanted and used their skills to give me the hair make over that far exceeded my expectations. Big thanks to Molly who looked after me and wonderful hair wash. Basically I felt totally spoiled and walked out with an amazing new colour and cut. Thanks to the team . I will be returning and recommend you try this gem in Chepstow.

My daughter had a great first haircut experience! The hairdresser was very attentive and even gave my daughter a sticker for good behaviour. I would highly recommend!

Caroline is a fantastic stylist. She cuts my hair beautifully. She is able to cut my hair exactly as I have asked - which many stylists find difficult. She is kind and friendly but above all very professional. I can not speak highly enough about her.

It was great. Had a dry cut with Caroline who is very friendly and a fabulous hairdresser.
