All the guys at Backstreet Barbershop are the nicest & friendliest barbers in Cardiff. Very welcoming and the venue is comfortable. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to try a different barber.

I’ve been going to Aysha for the past six months and I couldn’t be happier. I had an amazing experience with Alice! She gave me beautiful layers with bangs, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alice took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. She is incredibly talented, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

It was a great pleasure to meet Bismwa she was very informational, Gave me the best advice on how to achieve the look o I want with ruining my hair, which has happen in the past with a previous hairdresser. I can highly recommend Alice @hair28, such a friendly atmosphere and she makes you feel so relaxed. She understood my hair and knows how to style without having to pinpoint exactly what needs done- not something I’ve had before. I took my seven year old daughter and she had the best time and quote ‘that’s the best haircut I’ve ever had’ - to note, my daughter won’t let anyone wash her hair but no questions asked this day. Highly recommended and will definitely be my regular hairdresser from now on. Thank you hair@28, faith is restored

Jasmine is a great stylist, she listened to what I wanted and the finishing cut was beautiful! My hair felt healthy, soft and shiny afterwards.
