Emily is our usual hairdresser for mine and our eldest daughter with autism and she is amazing. So patient and our eldest loves going to the hair dressers. Today our youngest went for her first haircut with Emily aswell and was brilliant. Their hair is always done perfect and never disappoints. Such an amazing job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙂

First time visiting Kin, and I’m really impressed. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Chris took the time to listen, gave some helpful advice, and made sure I was happy with everything before getting started. The haircut turned out exactly how I wanted, and the attention to detail was excellent. The whole experience was super nice, facilitated by a gorgeous space. If you’re looking for a quality barber or hairdresser, look no further. I highly recommend Chris.

such a lovely experience bringing my 7-year-old stepdaughter, who has ADHD, for her haircut. The stylist chloe was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, making her feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. She took the time to work at her pace and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Rosie left smiling and feeling so proud of her new haircut. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this salon and chloe to anyone, especially families with children who may need a little extra understanding and care. It was my first time visiting, and I had such a great experience. She was so lovely and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she made sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back. It’s a great vibe at Marcella. Chris is a thorough and considerate hairdresser. He listens to what you want and your suggestions/reservations and then comes up with a plan to give you what you want. I had a haircut and balayage that was coloured a warm red. It’s beautiful 🤩

My 2 besties n I had a hour in the jacuzzi, steam n sauna room which was an added bonus finding out we had it to ourselves so was a lovely time talking without worrying about other people. Then we each had a treatment, I had the Lava shells n it was amazing too we all came away from our different treatments relaxed which was helped by the kind n friendly staff Amy n Sarah. My husband n I stay at the Yarrow hotel a few times a year as one of my besties lives down in Broadstairs and as it was my 1st time in the spa area it definitely won’t be my last xx

I'm new to Broadstairs and needed a new hairdresser, my first choice was Shamilla's, how lucky I was. The atmosphere is friendly, and Maxine knows her way around a pair of scissors, giving me a really good short haircut, just as I wanted it to be. Highly recommend.

Always a lovely experience at this salon. Excellent haircut and finish plus very friendly staff. Only thing I would say hairspray needs to be stronger to hold my hair. But Chloe was brilliant
