Usual great hair cut by Kirsty. I used to say going to the hairdresser was no more pleasant than going to the dentist, but now I feel much more relaxed, thanks entirely to Kirsty's friendly and cheerful manner.

'Through the Looking Glass', Yatton are a fantastic Hair Salon and a true gem in our village. The staff and owner could not have been nicer. My first time visiting the Salon. Ellie was wonderful, made me feel very welcome, explained everything she was doing & checking I was happy with each stage. My hair took a little longer to lift than expected at the end of a long day for her, and she was so accommodating making sure it had stayed on long enough. I’m really pleased with the end result. Ellie and Kirsty always make me feel welcome. Ellie did the best hair cut ever for me, and copes always with my response to the question “what are we doing for you today?” “Dunno, its up to you” I am never disappointed, and never feel rushed, For me they are better than any Barber or other unisex salon in the area!

Excellent-Kirsty produced a look just as I asked. She took the time to understand my strong hair.With the Salon’s professionalism and calming atmosphere it was a lovely all round experience and I’ll be back. Thank you.

I have only recently been going to this hairdresser after years of going to Broad St. I only wish I had found them earlier! The salon is lovely and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Kirsty has done my hair a few times now and each time has been a great experience. I cannot recommend highly enough.
