Jacky is so lovely, I moved back to Bedford and once my hair was long enough Jacky Guy Hair Salon was the first and only place I wanted to get my hair done. I love the final result to my perm and look forward to my hair growth journey with Jacky’s help

Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in.Gabby truly went above and beyond and is incredibly talented and her expertise is second to none. She took time to listen to what I wanted but also offered advice and honesty. Her level of skill and care really tops any experience I’ve had at other salons and the end result was better than I ever could have imagined. My hair looks and feels incredible and she has given me a whole new level of confidence! She really offers way above a 5 star service and I will definitely return x

I recently booked my 2 daughters and then myself in for hair cuts, I was very pleased with all 3. I hadn’t had mine cut for 12 years, my 7 year old had never had hers cut and my 14 year old had damaged hair from dying it. She done an amazing job, made us all feel comfortable, Lovely, friendly and chatty. Thank you!

Justina was great and knowledgeable . But the other stylist I didn’t feel like they were very welcoming and when I said hello got an appointment I barely got an answer. So the expereince was let down by them

Great service, friendly salon, felt really nice. Excellent if you need a walk in appointment, they fitted me at short notice. Easy to find and parking was free. Highly recommended x

This was the first time I had ever gone to Jacky’s and had a silk press. Everyone was so nice and professional. I automatically trusted them with my hair. Especially, when I was initially thinking of doing a middle parting, I asked Justina and Jacky what they thought and they said a side parting would look way better... AND IT DID AND STILL DOES. I love my hair and I definitely recommend Jacky’s hair salon, especially for young people.
