I had a really fantastic experience with Mel. We did highlights with a little bit of balayage out to my end and the same dark undertones that cover up my greys ! I absolutely love it, and love that it gives me dimension! Her expertise really helped me understand what this would look like with my natural undertones and with the box that I've been abusing my hair with!

Very good attentive service from Mathieu and the other staff members. My deaf-blind autistic adult son is very relaxed for the haircut and accepts hair washing and scrubbing. Mathieu is gentle and patient with him.
