Visiting Izzy is like visiting family. Not only is she an extremely gifted Hair Artisan, but she has a beautiful heart and truly cares about you as a person. She listens to what you want done, and achieves it with her incredible talent, and the visit is like visiting a family member: She is an encourager, cheerleader of others, and radiates sunshine. Such an extremely special hair salon.

As always, I had the BEST experience with getting my hair done by Kayla. Her personalily and body language is always welcoming and open. She has made her salon a safe space for her clients. She always listens to what the client wants and never steers away from what the client wants. She takes her time and makes you feel like you are her top priority during your appointment. I have been seeing Kayla for about 4 years now and I refuse to go to anyone else. Highly recommend her!

It couldn’t be any better ,she is very caring of her clients and how they like there hair and the out come of their hair after they have explained what they want there hair to look like and what they don’t want there to look like she Ames to please her client and there choices for there hair style and colour,and cut she never disappointes I have several friends and some family that go to her and not once’s have they ever came fr her salon un happy or disappointed I would recommend her to anyone because I know they won’t be disappointed !!! She truly is amazing hair stylist. .

I can tell you this gal knows her stuff she is so good at her job and will go the extra mile to satisfy her clients alway pays attention to what her clients ask for and gives her all to make sure she delivers what they ask for when doing your hair pay close attention to detail. She really care about how her clients feel when leaving her salon I would recommend her with total confidence she will do a fantastic job on what ever her client are there for !! 100 percent !!!

My experience was totally 💯 fantastic I would recommend Kayla’s hair by design to anyone and everyone I know she is very caring with her clients and professional my hair was damaged fr my recent appointment at heads up hair salon one week ago I booked appointment for highlights and omg what a mess my hair had bleeding lines and was all blotchy with different levels of colour and was a rushed job . Kayla fixed my hair totally and I’m so great full to her I will only go to her in the future.. and would never recommend anyone to heads up in midland . Be aware when picking a hair stylist ..

What truly sets Hair Studio Midland apart, though, is the way I feel when I leave. Not only did Izzy masterfully execute my desired look, but she also made sure I felt completely relaxed and pampered throughout the entire experience. The combination of her expertise and the salon's serene atmosphere provided a truly rejuvenating escape from the outside world. I left the salon feeling refreshed, renewed, and most importantly, looking fabulous.
