Leesa has been my hairdresser for about 2 years now. Great personality and VERY good at what she does. Experienced and akways good at changing up my style if I want ti have a different look.I am moving back to Edmonton but I will still drive to Canmore just to have her look after my locks!

Kate has been my hairdresser for over 5 years now. I have followed her from salon to salon- so happy to have her back in Canmore and in her own salon too! Her colours and cuts are fantastic, she listens to me and achieves exactly what I want!!!!!

I got a haircut about four months ago. It was a disaster. I came here to Canmore for a holiday. We were walking by hair and beauty in the woods. My husband said why don’t you stop in there the best decision I’ve ever made. Nadine she cut my hair exactly how I asked it was the best haircut I’ve had in many years. Thank you so much for such a wonderful job. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

I love getting my hair done at Lighthouse - you know how I know it's the best salon in Canmore? The plants are so healthy, it really shows how much attention the owners pay to their shop! You'd be dumb not to come here.

Great service and cut. I feel fortunate to have someone to cut my hair in Canmore with that level of service and professionalism

My apprentice stylist was personable and competent. She cut my mid length hair, cleaned up my neckline, and styled my hair in curls to surprise my wife. I usually wear my hair up in a bun, and I am pleased with the outcome with my hair up or down.

After a year and a half of avoiding the scissors, I finally got my hair cut at Hair and Beauty in the Woods in Spring Creek, Canmore, and wow, was it worth the wait! Nadine worked her magic, and my hair looks amazing—even for someone like me who’s not great with change. She was quick, friendly, and her attention to detail was spot on. Lovely Salon with great location, lots of parking and stunning views of the mountains! I went for a hair cut and style with Aleasha. I was looking for a change but not too sure what I wanted. She asked questions, made suggestions and I love the new look. A quick drive from Calgary, a relaxing salon experience and an opportunity to explore the shops in Canmore. A perfect afternoon.

Nadine is amazing and really understands hair. I’ve had two cuts from her and both have been fantastic. I first went to her because she could tell just by seeing my hair that the cut was off and when she showed me, I had to agree. So she fixed that Haircut and then by the second one, she knew my hair even better and knew more about what I wanted. You can tell it’s her passion and she has fun getting into giving the best haircuts.

I had a wonderful hairdresser who did the most amazing work on my hair. Easily the best haircut I have ever had.

Love this hair salon! It’s got a great vibe nice and bright. Kate is an awesome stylist. I have been a client of Kates as well as my daughter Eva. When Eva decided to colour her hair and not well, I sent her to Kate. Kate took the time and not only fixed her hair but gave Eva the best highlights!

Nadine is amazing. I came before work to get a haircut and upon arriving at work (within 15 minutes) two people commented on how great my hair looked. It’s been a long time since anyone has given me such a great cut. Thank you Nadine!!!

Great service with very little notice on my part. Very pleasant and accommodating of my 'part' -ing preferences. Further more my wife liked the haircut upon my arrival at home!
