There are no words for me to write to express how grateful I am to the team at Ashlee Jai Hair. Had my first appointment at The Hair Agency and it was a fantastic experience! Everyone was so lovely and really took the time to understand what I wanted. My hairdresser was knowledgeable and honest about what was achievable, and made my hair look even better than I could have imagined! The salon had such a great atmosphere, you can tell their clients love being there and that the team truly enjoys what they do. They all had smiles on their faces and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back, this salon will be my new regular!

I had such a fantastic experience getting a quick hair curl! It was my first time and it took just 15 minutes to nail the look, my stylist was incredibly skilled and genuinely sweet. Absolute top class, Ash has beautiful, talented staff. Her salon is always a vibe and you are well looked after, coffee, cookie and chocolate. I have been a long term client of Ashes over 10 years and she has never disappointed. Its been a journey! She is known as the wizard! Her incredible skills with blondes and colour and her team hold the same skill and values! I reccomend Ashlee jai hair to everyone.

I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years now and there’s a reason why I keep coming back. They really make you feel welcome. I can’t rave enough about Cristina. To say i had the best experience with Ashlee Jai Hair’s blonde specialist, Christina would be an understatement! She not only fulfilled my hair goals but prioritised the health of my hair with K18 products and used her skills to achieve the most effortless blonde look. Such a great experience entering this Salon. Had me at coffee or Friday wine and a magazine. Maree is just fab and knows her craft so well and listens to her client wants and needs. Cindy, her side kick, is very attentive, gives the best hair wash and condition followed with best massage. Can't remember the other little girl who keeps the place spick and span. All and all great place! Very reasonable priced, wish I'd found them earlier :)

The beauty salon was amazing — such friendly vibes. The girls were so welcoming, and from hair to makeup they went above and beyond to make me look beautiful for a night out. Truly incredible service.

Lovely girl ! Great hairdresser - very thorough & confident. Recognised issues with my hair , discussed with me , offered solutions & suggested products to help . Sophia also said that she would keep an eye on the progress of my hair issue at my next appointment which immediately encouraged me to return to the salon to see her at the recommended time of 8 weeks . Really happy with my haircut and was very impressed by this personable , talented young lady

The overall experience was great, the salon is beautiful and I love my hair! The only thing that I didn’t like was they offered to curl my hair after they’d given me a quote not mentioning this was an additional cost, then charged me an additional 10 dollars at the end, the curls held for a total of 15 minutes after I left so I was abit irritated

I had to take my chance on a new hairdresser as my previous hairdresser had left the centre from another salon. I had an appointment with Tracey for a dry trim , my hair is very hard to cut its incredibly straight grows forward and with cowlicks etc.plus grey. I was so impressed with the final cut it's one of the best cuts Ive ever had and I live in Melbourne. Very impressed with efficiency and price .

This salon has always given me a very good hair cut. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
