I was a new customer to the salon today, and heading in for a significant change. I was quietly anxious about such a big restyle, but I was instantly at ease when I walked through the doors (of a lovely salon!) to be greeted so beautifully by my hair stylist, Jayne. Jayne was not only an incredibly lovely and genuine person to spend my appointment with, she has delivered an absolutely outstanding result! Jayne understood the assignment and nailed it. Safe to say, I have now found my new stylist. Thanks so much for everything today Jayne, my appointment with you was a 10/10 experience!

This was my first visit and I was impressed with how the stylist cared for my curly hair and took my requests exactly into consideration! The service was fast as well, which is great for busy people. I think this salon is brand new and one thing that stood out was no tables against the wall so you are facing directly full length into the mirror so that was a bit different but maybe a work in progress! Will be back.

Always so incredibly happy with anything these guys do with my hair. When it comes to my hair i'm always a little lost in regards to products etc but these guys are always happy to offer recommendations and never make me feel bad about the products i do use. Bianca is an Amazing hairdresser and I always walk away feeling amazing and with a great haircut. Amelia is also fabulous and always points me in the right direction in terms of what products to use on my hair. The salon is also looking absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to see the finished product next time I am in!

I found JB Barbers to be a great experience. I was looking to visit a barber that would tailor my haircut to my individual needs, rather than a in and out style place. I’m in my mid 30s with a receding hairline. Riajia discussed the best options for me, based on my needs, and also what would suit hair based on the way it grows. The haircut I received was exceptional and I also was given guidance on how to best style my hair to maximise my hair volume. Very happy, and I recommend JB Barbers to another who would like a more tailored haircut.

My experience at the Pretty Parlour was incredible. I usually leave the hairdressers feeling 'happy enough' with my hair, but today was the first time I've loved it! Brooke led a thorough and detailed consultation which provided me with realistic expectations based on my inspiration and current hair health and condition. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my time with Brooke in a clean and comfortable home salon, it actually went too quick! A comfortable wash basin and beyond relaxing head massage. I'm so thrilled with the results and counting down the days till my next appointment. Thank you Brooke!

She's honest & polite in advising the truths about what colours & styles work best for you to enhance your natural features, which is very refreshing compared to other salons that are only interested in making you pay for services you dont need. Brooke displays an array of expertise in the hairdressing feild & I consider myself very lucky to have found her doing what she does best at the Pretty Parlour.
