Amazing haircut with Steph. My first curly cut. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and explained the process of the cut. She showed me how to style it and gave me aftercare instructions. I can't believe how curly my hair is! The salon itself is lovely and calm, a really relaxing place to be.

Faye is amazing. I always leave the salon feeling like a new person even if I’ve had something as simple as a trim. She is so professional and friendly and the salon is absolutely beautiful. After countless bad experiences elsewhere I am now beyond happy to say I have found my hairdresser for life :)

Angie understands my curly hair and I always enjoy visiting for a good hair cut and catch up. I've been going to Halo for a while now. Angie knows how I like my hair and suggests new products to try to help with managing the curl. Angie listens to what you want and how you what it to be in the end, as she understands how my hair reacts to a cut. Angie is accommodating and will make appointments work with busy day to day life. The salon is in a great easy location and has a lovely fun feel. 😀

I have been to The Hideaway three times now. I had any hairdresser for over 40 years but she retired. I was so nervous for my first appointment. I was SO pleased after my first visit. Hannah made me feel at ease and my hair cut was just as I asked. Took the plunge this week and had it cut shorter. I love it. Brilliant cut. Can’t believe I have found an amazing hairdresser. Atmosphere in the salon. is so relaxing. Ten out of ten.

I had the Cocochoco Keratin Treatment with Sisi. I will definitely be returning to have this treatment again in the future. At my consultation Sisi was informative and advised me on everything I needed to know about the treatment. Then at my actual appointment for the treatment she was lovely to speak to her and took care and pride when performing the treatment. I left the salon feeling amazing and as for the treatment itself I am very impressed so far. I have found that my hair is so much more manageable now. It styles so well and I hopefully plan to get this treatment done every 6 months.

I have avoided salons for decades due to having bad experiences with my curly hair. I finally mustered up the courage to visit Tamed and Wild after reading loads of positive reviews. I have super curly hair and after a recent influx of new hair growth it needed some attention. I'm so happy with my cut from Faye. She made me feel super comfortable and gave me a full consultation on how my curls behave and how to make the most of them. I'll be back when they need a bit of TLC again. Thank you so much 🫶💕

I had my hair cut by Danielle today, lovely woman, made me feel comfortable, was very chatty, no awkward silences. She really looked after me and I left the salon looking and feeling like a million dollars. She was also very thorough to make sure my hair was cut perfectly, she made me stand up and I've never had a hairdresser do that before, was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Especially the head massage when she was washing my hair, best I've ever had 😂👌❤️ Thank you once again Danielle 💕

I loved being at Tamed & Wild today. The hair dressers look like normal (lovely) people, rather than hyper-made up, super tanned people. The salon was stylish, colourful and plant-filled rather than super shiny. And Amy, my stylist, took time to investigate what my hair's like, creating a transformation as I'd always thought it was straight and frizzy rather than wavy - but with the right cut and natural products, she's shown me my wavy truth!

Always happy with my hair

Always a great experience at the salon. The girls are warm and friendly and always put in the extra effort.

Nicola was very lovely and welcoming. Instantly made me feel at home with a nice cup of coffee and a smile. She took care to understand what i wanted and delivered it very considering what she had to work with, my hair had not been seen to by a hair dresser since 2020, home cuts all the way! She did a wonderful job, was lovely and chatty and comforting throughout the whole experience and i will certainly be returning. The salon itself is very nice with large ornate framed mirrors and massive gilded gold scissors, beautiful raw wood table and comfortable leather seating. I highly recommend.

It was as always great! Warmly welcomed to the salon. Stylist consulted with me about what I wanted and suitability for me and my lifestyle. I was offered a hot or cold drink. The cut is first class and I was offered advice on which products to use when styling my hair myself. I left with a completely new look and feeling wonderful and confident that I’ll be able to maintain the look until the next appointment. The next appointment was booked before I left the salon! Highly recommend to everyone!

I've always had a fantastic experience when Georgia has cut and coloured my hair and I always leave feeling like a better version of myself. Georgia is so lovely and always takes time to listen to what I'd like done. I've had a lot of negative experiences with other hair dressers in other salons, which has previously made me nervous having my hair cut or coloured but Georgia always does such a great job, she's literally the only person I trust with my hair. I can't recommend her enough.
