My experience at this Salon with James was amazing. As soon as I walked in, James greeted me (shook my hand) and introduced himself. He took me to his chair and listened to me as I told him the issues I have with my hair, James had some great ideas and I felt one hundred percent comfortable letting him do his thing. The head massage during hair washing was amazing especially the hot stones! It was actually the first time in a long time I came out of a hairdressers feeling amazing. James was awesome! I have made another appointment in February “Can't wait."

Lovely fresh cut again. Plus it’s lovely that Feathers still post Covid epidemic sanitise chairs etc after each customer, good working practise seeing as Norovirus season here again. Not seen this in any other salon since 2021.

Laura and her staff are always very welcoming and friendly. I always book in with Laura and she often goes above and beyond to get me in at last minute notice for any urgencies due to the nature of my needs. It’s a small local salon and I much prefer this environment than the larger big salons. Happy to have found a hairdresser I can trust and always has a smile! Thanks ladies 💜

Chreka aways does my hair exactly as I ask, I love the whole team and the salon atmosphere is fun and makes it feel like a social event.
