Elliot always provides an excellent service and maximises all treatments within session. His knowledge within the fitness space allows him to identify specific triggers and isolate injuries. His new set up at FXT is perfect and will accommodate all.

Elliot has worked wonders on my weak back. I've only had 4 visits, but after suffering for over 40 years, I'm actually off all pain meds and starting to build the muscles up with weight training.

Nothing is too much trouble!! Was able to fit me in at short notice. I was having a bad flair up with my Fibro, Iryna was able to fit me in at short notice and help me to no end, she even gave me homework which also I know will help. Thank you again. See you soon for more maintenance :)

I've just had my first appointment with Elliott. He was very thorough and actually listened to me, which is something I've not been used to with previous 'professionals'. I walked out of the building feeling no pain and 100% positive that my lifelong back pain will be eased.

My PT's with Emma are always interesting, challenging and tailored to my goals. Emma understands that sometimes life happens and being a Mum of 2 young children occasionally effects my sessions. Emma knows what my strengths and weaknesses are and ensures that each session has a little but of everything. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone, whatever your fitness levels or goals.

Iryna is the best in the business. Genuinely the most talented individual to help with your pains and needs and tailors all the support she gives to suit you as a customer. She has amazing knowledge with all the work she does and has done wonders for my back pain and aching legs as an amateur athlete who plays football a lot. The venue is professional, warming and a great space to rehabilitate. Hands down, Iryna is best person in the game when it comes to your pain needs. Acupuncture, cupping, you name it, all used to help aid recovery. Thank you Iryna!

First session this evening, and my knee feels 100% better not experiencing any pain. I now know what part of my knee was effected and how to manage at home and with the guided exercises recovery should be fast , every step was explained throughout and fine detail was given thank you so much !!!

Receiving treatment for historic upper back sporting injury that has become more painful recently. (treated by two physios previously with limited success) Elliot identified injury, treated it and i was given recovery exercise program. This was second visit, excellent progressive treatment, fully explained during session, and a noticeable improvement in movement and pain relief. Would 100% recommend!
