Altijd gevarieerde en uitdagende trainingen. Chayenne is echt heel fijn als personal trainer. Zeker aan te raden!!

I can’t recommend Chayenne enough as a PT! She is patient, motivating, and supportive. What I love most is that the workouts never feel repetitive or boring. I’ve had some injuries in the past, and she adapts the exercises so well to make sure I can train safely while still making progress. That gives me confidence and trust in her. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and makes training both effective and enjoyable, Chayenne is the one!!!

The peaceful, recharging atmosphere from the moment I walk in is truly priceless. The attention to detail and genuine care for my recovery make every appointment feel special. I always feel like they are fully focused on helping my body recover and feel its best. I highly recommend this treatment to everyone close to me!

I absolutely love training with Chayenne! She’s super nice, welcoming, and makes me feel comfortable every session. She really pushes me through when I think I can’t anymore during training. I love the way she trains — structured, challenging, and tailored to my goals. As a woman, I truly feel understood. She gets the obstacles we face and helps me work through them while still improving. It honestly feels like training with a friend who has all the knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a personal trainer! 💪🏽💕

I tried the compression boots at Sanara for my knee recovery, and wow… what a difference. 🙌🏼 My knee was swollen from overuse, and after the session it felt lighter, less tight, and so much more comfortable. Such a relaxing experience, and exactly what my body needed. Thank you, Sanara! 🤍

I had my HBOT session on last Monday and felt very relaxed afterwards, with a real sense of calm and quiet in my head. Now, on Thursday, 3 days later, I’m experiencing a remarkable peak in energy, strength and focus — wow. Sonia took wonderful care of me from the moment I arrived until I left, particularly in preparing me beforehand and through her attentive follow-up afterwards. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I had a back/neck massage and it was very relaxing and soothing. I highly recommend Eduardo. I booked my next massage right away—a reflexology massage for legs and feet—and I'm looking forward to it.
