The space is beautifully designed, with soothing music, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The permanent jewelry is gorgeous and so unique! My daughter and I both got bracelets. They also offer a variety of services like lash extensions, facials, waxing, and more. Janet and Neily are the BEST! They made sure my daughter and I felt pampered throughout our visit. Kendra was amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained everything she was doing step by step and took the time to help me choose the lash shape that works best for me. The salon was spotless, organized, cozy, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kendra was also so easy to talk to and kept great conversation throughout the appointment, which made the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’m so happy with my results and already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s first lash lift. Kendra answered all my questions i had and put all worries to rest. Went in and was greeted with a professionalism and kind manner. Kendra also answered all questions my daughter had and made her feel super comfortable. The process was great - Kendra is awesome and friendly!!She truly made my girl feel extra beautiful. This was a great experience for my daughter and she alone already set up her next lash appointment in a few weeks. I strongly recommend Kendra for all your lash lift needs!100/100 Service!

Lupita is a great massage therapist! After my surgery, she’s been taking such good care of me. She’s awesome, knows the right steps, and makes sure the massages are done properly. I definitely recommend this place, especially because I love that they start draining you right after surgery and follow your doctor’s orders. I’ve had a really good experience with Lupita. I’m very happy with my results and the care I’ve received. I can’t wait to keep coming down to Downey for my massages in the future!! I found such a great team and will definitely keep coming back.
