After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

Daria is amazing. I was there for the powder eyebrow procedure. I’ve been struggling with thin eyebrows all my life and tried every type of eyebrow makeup, spent who knows how many hours shaping and drawing my eyebrows in. I was very hesitant to do a semi permanent procedure, but decided to do it after reading all the rave reviews. I’m so glad I did. I just finished my second visit and couldn’t be more happy. Daria made sure i was happy with the shape and the color and the whole experience was enjoyable. The procedure was not painful at all and the healing was also pretty unnoticeable.

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. I had my lash and brow lamination done with Olha, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She is very detail-oriented, and everything was done gently and professionally. My lashes look longer and have a beautiful curl , I don’t even need mascara anymore. My brows look very neat and have the perfect shape, while still looking natural. I’d also like to mention the atmosphere -very clean, calm, and comfortable. The results truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work!
