I booked for ombre polygel nail extensions, but I got plastic press-ons with a rubber base gel on top instead. The results were very pretty if you don’t look too closely (the tip of one of my nails got smudged and wasn’t redone properly) two of my cuticles got damaged a bit while the technician filed the plastic nails. I’m just disappointed that the technician didn’t care to inform me of the change in methodology and I had to pay the full price for the wrong service at the end. I’ll definitely pay the place another visit when it’s less busy, busy season isn’t always a good time to judge.
