First time Ive been to Venus and I'll definitely be back. Alex is fantastic! Gave me hints and tips about my frizz mop that no other hairdresser has ever said and I've been going to hairdressers for quite a few years. No, he didn't do this to try and up sell me products etc. In fact the only mention of which products to use was "I recommend a keratin based shampoo and conditioner". When I've tried a new hairdresser in the past I've had to explain what works and what doesn't, I didn't have to do this with Alex, he already knew :) He was efficient and all at a fantastic price. Highly recommend!

Such a welcoming, warm and overall lovely experience! Liana made sure I was comfortable from the very start, clear and quick communication via DM, took my opinion into consideration for what I wanted with my lashes, offered amazing conversation and was really lovely to get lashed with! I don’t live in NZ, but will definitely get lashed by her on my next visit! <3

Liana is super lovely and professional. This was probably the 3rd time I ever got my lashes done in my whole 24yrs of life and out of all of them these were my favourite. Unfortunately one of my eyes wouldn’t cooperate and struggled to keep the lashes in but the other eye held up GREAT!! When I expressed my concerns with Liana she didn’t hesitate to offer immediate services to have this problem resolved. She was super lovely and as a girly who hates confrontation she made me feel like I didn’t have to be scared to say something. Overall would definitely recommend her services and say 10/10 xx

Calming, relaxing and friendly service. I had to remember I was getting my lashes done and make sure I didn’t snore. Lashes look amazing, just what I asked for. Highly recommend
