You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing — easily the best spa experience I’ve had. My first appointment with Studio 21 and the whole experience was fantastic! Professional service, got exactly what I wanted (and more) from a haircut after Lockdown in 2020, staff incredibly nice, the décor is stunning, the appointment system is top notch, I felt completely safe with all the Covid-19 safety measures in place and I am making my next appointment already! Thank you, for such a lovely, professional salon, in the village of Eckington!

Such a welcoming and lovley salon, Lily ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process, she gave me advice on which eyebrow treatment would be best for my desired outcome and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result, would definitely recommend to anybody wanting microblading/combination eyebrows.
