Everyone was really smiley and lovely when I was a bit shy. They accommodated my request for a woman to do my treatment and provided clothes to wear for the treatment too. The massage itself was amazing, there was firm pressure, which was good for me because I’m ticklish, but the best part was the stretching! It felt so good. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you like firm pressure and stretching!

Miyuki was amazing! She understood the shape of my eyes immediately and added the right amount of lashes(3D/4D) with the right angle for every lash I had. Definitely coming back for the next round again. Highly recommend

Rose was fantastic. She really cares about doing a good job and providing helpful advice, and is very friendly to talk to. My eyebrows were threaded nicely, and the shoulder and neck massage was *amazing*.

Based on my requests she reflected everything into the her design and created the perfect fit for me once again. Overall atmosphere of the area is also calming with warm blankets and soothing music. It was such an amazing experience. Reception staff were so lovely and attentive. Even got us some green tea and some palm cakes for my birthday, as well as singing me happy birthday. Ms Joy was A*****, my goodness. Worked out all my kinks within the Thai massage, asked about the pressure and made things every comfortable. We will definitely be back. Such a shame they are not in London too! Thank you again ladies x
