I always have a great experience with Jen, she is professional and comforting. I have had lashes for a long time with Jen and recently had the lemon bottle treatment on my neck, previously I’ve had a lot of swelling and bruising which I told Jen about, with her the experience was much better I was left with minimal swelling and she used arnica cream to reduce any bruising and showed me a massage/draining technique which left me feeling confident from day 1. Highly recommend.

She really takes the time to find out exactly what you want and is so knowledgable at what she does. After suffering with problematic skin Jenn has helped create a skincare plan which has me glowing again.
