She’s an amazing professional who takes into consideration every aspect of a client’s request. I walk out of every appointment feeling beautiful and fully satisfied with the result. After 15 years living in Edinburgh I finally found a place where I can truly take care of my skin and body. I always feel welcomed here—the beauticians are kind, attentive, and highly professional. Weronika, the owner, is amazing: skilled, knowledgeable, and honestly a total badass 😎❤️. This time I had waxing, eyebrow shaping, and a vacuum massage. Everything was done with top-level professionalism, and I even received a little Christmas gift, which was such a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place. Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄

After 3 years of living in Edinburgh and trying different places I am so glad I found VelvetBrows! I always used to end up with thin eyebrows after threading which I always told any beautician I don’t want before starting, however Zivile really listens and she’s done a tremendous job in shaping my eyebrows (threading only) without thinning them. She is very professional and very passionate about what she does, I would strongly recommend Velvet Brows! Now I need to look no further as I’ll always come back here

Another fabulous appointment with Simmy, never fails to wow me with her results! First time trying a brow treatment and went for the refined brows and super happy with the results, my brows are suited to my face and have not been over plucked or made too dark! Paired with a lash lift I’m sorted for the next few months now!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by Rachael for years and couldn’t recommend her more! I moved abroad a couple of years ago and refuse to find a new brow bar! I make sure to book an appointment whenever I’m home in Edinburgh.

I absolutely love getting my brows and lashes done with Kay. She always has good chat and listens to what I want, whilst offering advice and explaining how each treatment works in detail. Sammy was lovely, she explained everything in detail about getting lash extensions and the aftercare for them. She made me feel really comfortable, it’s a long process but it was so chill and relaxing. My lashes look amazing, I love them so much! They feel so natural not like strip lashes at all which I was nervous about beforehand. Would 100% recommend Makeup & Beauty Bar to friends.
