Nic is an absolute star. I don’t feel like I’m going for an appointment. I feel like I’m going for a catch up with a really good friend!!! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my lashes. It’s a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that’s always filled with chit chat, singing and no judgement. Ten out of ten will recommend her to everyone I know

Highly recommended if you’re in Rochester! So happy I found Koko lounge. Super professional, makes you feel at ease and I was very impressed by the results!
