This was my first visit and was made to feel like I'd been a customer of theirs for ages. Sophie has done an amazing job of my nails and I am very happy with them. Have already booked in for my next appointment and also for my brows and lashes. Definitely would recommend.

What a gem of a find! The location is absolutely stunning, and the treatment room is a haven—elegant, serene, and that divine chair is pure luxury. Bels was welcoming from the moment I arrived, attentive and genuinely invested in understanding exactly what I wanted. Her diligence and care were exceptional, and the results speak for themselves—my eyebrows are flawless! I left feeling pampered and uplifted. I’ll definitely be back.

Bells was AMAZING! She immediately made me feel at ease, she listened to exactly what I asked for and where I really wanted her to focus on. My full body massage was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I can’t thank you enough! I highly recommend a visit!

It is a real pleasure to visit the Retreat as it is in such a lovely spot! I had my eyebrows tinted and shaped by Donna who is delightful 😊 she is always warm and welcoming. It only took minutes to do the procedure and I am very pleased with the result.

Lilly is so good and super attentive when it comes to doing nails. I only have my nails done for special occasions as my work requires me to have short nails , otherwise I would be in there all the time. Thank you ladies, as always 💖

I had a really lovely experience visiting the beauty nest with Louise . My lash lift and tint was superb and Louise was super professional, friendly and caring throughout the whole experience. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! can’t wait to go back next time!
